FAQs

Tower PaintballQ: I want to play but only have a group of two people, can we play?

A: Yes, we will mix you in with another group.

Q: Who can play paintball?

A: Provided you are aged 12 years old or over you should be able to play. Both sexes play paintball . You will also need to be of adequate physical health to participate in this action sport. Under 16s must have parental permission to play. (see parental consent form)

Q: What time should I get there?

A: Aim to get to us 20 minutes before your game time. Failing to arrive for your game time will mean having to listen to the safety briefing late and you may miss the first game.

Q: What happens on the day?

A: You will arrive and be given your overalls and safety equipment. Once everyone is in their paintball gear, you will sit through a safety briefing, which covers all aspects of safety and the operation of the guns. From then you will be split into two teams and will leave the ‘safe area’ into the game arenas. From here your goggles will be on at all times and you will collect your paintball gun. You will then play all arenas from both ends with breaks between games.

Q: How long does my day last?

A: We run sessions for 3 ½ hours, with longer sessions available upon request.

Q: Can I buy refreshments or food while there?

A: Yes, drinks and snacks are available throughout the day and hot food is also available upon request.

Q: What happens if I run out of Paintballs?

A: You can purchase more paintballs from the counter, sold in pots of 100 balls. How many you shoot depends on how itchy your trigger finger is!

Q: What should I wear?

A: Ideally you should wear jogging pants or jeans and a t-shirt or long sleeve top to wear under your overalls, although this isn’t essential. If you don’t have these you can wear just the overalls. Please also wear trainers, boots or other sturdy footwear to play in.

Q: Does it hurt?

A: Perhaps the most often asked question! The simple answer is; if you are shot from a close range expect a small, sharp shock, from longer distances you will feel it, but shouldn’t be in any pain. We can also provide you with chest and back body armour and armoured gloves.

If the answer to your question isn’t here please ring 0845 643 9568 or e-mail us and we will answer your query promptly.
